Welcome to EventHunt, a product of Fonobees Techno Solutions. By using our website and services at www.eventhunt.app, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS). 2. Use of the Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use EventHunt. By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these terms.

Account Creation

When you create an account with EventHunt, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities under your account.

Permitted Use

You agree to use EventHunt only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. Unauthorized use, such as reverse engineering, hacking, or excessive automation, is prohibited.

3. Event Creation and Ticketing

Event Management

EventHunt provides tools to create, organize, and manage events. You are solely responsible for the content and legality of your events, including tickets, promotions, and any materials shared through our platform.

Ticket Sales

If you are selling tickets through EventHunt, it is your responsibility to set ticket pricing and ensure compliance with applicable laws, including consumer protection laws. EventHunt is not responsible for disputes arising from ticket sales or refunds.

4. Payment and Fees

Free and Paid Plans

EventHunt offers a free plan that includes up to 500 delegate registrations per year. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay the associated fees, as outlined in our Pricing page. Paid plans include additional features and support, billed annually or as per custom arrangements.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. EventHunt does not store your payment details. If a payment fails or is declined, your access to paid features may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription unless required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@eventhunt.app to discuss the matter.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content, software, and technology provided through EventHunt are the property of Fonobees Techno Solutions or its licensors. You may not use, modify, distribute, or reproduce any of our intellectual property without explicit permission.

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload via EventHunt. However, by submitting content to the platform, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the operation of the service.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of EventHunt is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at www.eventhunt.app/privacy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fonobees Techno Solutions and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of EventHunt, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fonobees Techno Solutions, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of EventHunt, including your violation of these terms, infringement of intellectual property, or any wrongful conduct in connection with the platform.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of EventHunt at any time without notice. We will not be liable if any part of the service is unavailable for any reason.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to EventHunt at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these terms or your use of EventHunt will be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India.
